9. Candidates and recruitment processes

If you send us your application (directly by email, through our job or internship forms, or via a recruitment agency), we process your data under the following terms:

  • Purpose: to manage your application, assess your profile and, where appropriate, contact you for current or future recruitment processes.
  • Data processed: the data you provide in your application and CV (identification and contact details, education, professional experience and any other data you choose to include). We ask you not to include special category data (health, beliefs, etc.); if you provide it, we will understand that you consent to its processing for this purpose.
  • Legal basis: the implementation, at your request, of pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in managing talent acquisition.
  • Retention: we keep your application for a maximum of 2 years from receipt, so we can consider you for future processes. After that period, your data is deleted automatically. If you want us to delete it sooner, just ask us.
  • Recipients: we do not share your data with third parties. It is processed on Kiwop's own infrastructure and no international transfers are made.
  • Automated decisions: we do not make automated decisions or carry out profiling with legal effects on you; the assessment of your application is always carried out by a human.
  • Your rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to [email protected], as well as lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

10. Modifications

HILOUD SOLUTIONS, S.L. reserves the right to modify this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative or case law developments. In such cases, changes will be announced on this page with reasonable advance notice before implementation.
