4. WHOIS / RDAP Public Lookup

To verify public information associated with a domain name, the following official ICANN service is provided:

This service allows users to check availability, ownership, registrar information, key dates, and other relevant data for domain names under ICANN-managed TLDs.

5. WHOIS Privacy

No external WHOIS Privacy or Proxy service is used other than that provided by DonDominio.

Any WHOIS privacy functionality offered for specific TLDs originates exclusively from the Registrar or the corresponding Registry Operator.

6. Prohibition on Logo Usage

In accordance with ICANN and DonDominio obligations:

• The ICANN logo is not displayed.
• The logo of the accredited registrar (Soluciones Corporativas IP, S.L.U.) is not displayed.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By registering a domain, the customer agrees to:

• Provide truthful and up-to-date information.
• Maintain accessible and functional contact details.
• Comply with ICANN policies and the specific rules of each registry.
• Renew the domain within the established timeframes to avoid deletion or loss.

8. Service Limitations and Operation

Registration is subject to actual availability at the time the request is processed.

The customer is responsible for the content hosted on the domain and for ensuring that its use complies with applicable laws.

The provider reserves the right to suspend or cancel services in cases of abusive use or non-compliance with ICANN or registrar policies.
