The Challenge
ToolsGroup operates in the international B2B supply chain planning market with multiple solutions and products. The main challenge was capturing qualified MQLs without compromising SEO, performance or brand consistency in a complex ecosystem. They also needed to integrate HubSpot with a Laravel calculator, ensuring end-to-end attribution and tracking from initial visit to calculator use and lead conversion, without data gaps.
The Solution
We turned WordPress into a landing 'factory' with reusable blocks and templates, module library and SEO governance by page type with controlled releases. We industrialized HubSpot with standardized forms, custom properties, automations and consistent CTAs. We developed the Laravel calculator with complete event integration and consistent tracking via GTM/GA4 plus custom events to measure the full funnel.
