The Challenge
Fleurop Interflora Spain manages a complex logistics operation connecting 200+ florists with real-time inventory and delivery capabilities. The challenge was building an ecommerce that could handle extreme seasonal peaks (Valentine's, Mother's Day) while maintaining fast search, accurate availability and smooth checkout across a fragmented inventory network.
The Solution
We built a headless architecture with Shopify as commerce engine and custom React frontend. Implemented AI-powered search with natural language understanding, real-time inventory sync with florist network, and a checkout optimized for conversion with smart delivery date selection. The system scales automatically during peaks and maintains sub-second response times.
