Kiwop is an agency in Reus (Tarragona) that has been building websites, marketing and AI since 2009 for clients across Europe and the USA. AI is not a trend we are trying out: we apply it every day, and we even built our own AI platform, Nexo, that we use in-house.

Do I have to code?
No. We work with tools that need no code. It is an intermediate course: if you run your business comfortably, you have more than enough.
Does it work for my type of business?
The process-mapping and prioritizing method works for almost any small business. Everyone applies it to their own with the course templates.
Is it not risky to leave things in the hands of AI?
It is if you automate blindly. That is why we spend whole modules on limits, on what NOT to automate and on human oversight where it matters.
